  • I visited the Orange Tree in Baldock today, to take a look around their off license and shop. There was only one person in the queue, so I didn’t wait too long. A short while later, I came out with a punnet of strawberries and eight pints of real ale. I’ll be going back again soon.

    • Rob and the team have REALLY got a good thing going! Yesterday I got blackberries, asparagus (very rare elsewhere atm) and beer, of course! Brewster’s Hophead. Cheers!

    • If you haven’t seen the announcement yet, the Lordship Arms at Benington is Pub of the Year and Cider Pub of the Year went to Garden City Brewery, who celebrate the award and their 4th birthday, 11th – 13th June.
